Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the component in its original anti-static packaging and use a protective box to prevent sensitive electronic pins or circuits from being damaged during transit.
- 3.Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the return label and ship the item back to our warehouse using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery of your electronics.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Our technicians will test the returned spare part for functionality, and once verified, we will issue a refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
